Campaigning in Iowa, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee addressed a crowd at an iconic diner that will serve many presidential hopefuls between now and the February 1st caucus.

When asked whether he supports President Obama's Clean Power Plan, which would mandate a reduction in carbon emissions from power plants, Gov. Huckabee replied: "No, because that's an arbitrary goal that some politicians decided."

Huckabee went on to say he'd rather see America tap into "several hundred years of energy under our feet" and become a top energy producer and exporter.
