In a recent episode of the Ways and Means podcast, former Rep. Bob Inglis talks about how thinking about climate change in the context of being a parent rather than being a Republican was a significant factor in changing his mind about the issue.

"Yeah, I was completely dismissive of climate change," he says. "It seemed to me that people like Al Gore wanted to regulate our very breath."

The Ways & Means podcast highlights faculty research at one of the state's top programs: Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy.
